Q. What credit cards are accepted?
ANS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Q. Should I put spaces or dashes in the card number?
ANS. No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.
Q. Is sales tax charged for all states?
ANS. All applicable local and state sales taxes are charged for merchandise and shipping on orders delivered to AR, CA, DC, FL, IL, KS, MN, MO, NJ, OH, NV, OK, SC, TN, and TX.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
ANS. To cancel an order, call customer service at 1-888-DERBY-08 Option 1, we must be contacted in 24 hours to process the cancellation.
Q. What is the return policy?
ANS. We've selected our merchandise with you in mind. However, if you are disappointed with anything you received, please return it within 90 days for a prompt refund. Merchandise being returned must not have been washed or worn. Returns are not allowed on personalized items. Merchandise sold in packs must be returned in full packs no partial credits will be issued. If you need to return merchandise, simply follow the instructions on your packing slip. Before shipping your merchandise back, please call Customer Service at 1-888-DERBY-08 Option 1 between the hours of 7am-7pm CST (Monday-Friday) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
Q. How soon will I receive my package after I place my order?
ANS. Your shipping and processing time depends on the method of shipping you select. Estimated times are listed below. Please note that the Total Time indicates how long it should take from the time you place your order until the time you receive your order.
Regular delivery: 5 - 12 business days
Rush delivery: 4 business days
Express delivery: 1 - 2 business days
Please note that light weight packages may be shipped via USPS. All other packages will be shipped via UPS. If you have any questions on shipping methods or require UPS services, please contact customer service at 1-888-DERBY-08 Option 1.
We regret that some items cannot be shipped Rush or Express: see individual product descriptions for exceptions. Please note that if your order includes even one item that cannot be expedited and you have selected Rush or Express delivery, the entire order will be automatically changed to Standard delivery. Q. Can I upload my own invitation design?
ANS. You are not able to upload your own invitation design. We are evaluating adding that feature to the 2009 Kentucky Derby Party site.
Q. How many invitations can I send out?
ANS. The Kentucky Derby Party Site supports unlimited e-mail distribution for registered site users.
Q. I am not receiving electronic Derby Invitations or new account verification e-mails?
ANS. Depending on the settings of email boxes, Kentucky Derby Party notifications may be filtered as spam or junk/bulk mail. Please check these folders for, and adjust any spam/bulkmail settings as necessary. In addition, any security or firewall programs/settings may need to be adjusted.
Q. How can I remind guests about my event?
ANS. Your guests will be reminded every week until they respond to your invitation. In addition you can log into your party on the Kentucky Derby Party website and send a message to any or all users whom you invited to your party.
Q. Why are some of my invitation e-mails bouncing back?
ANS. If you are experiencing problems with e-mails being returned please double check the e-mail address is correct and re-send the invitation.
Q. Can I print my electronic invitation?
ANS. Yes, use your browser to select and print out your invitation.
Q. How do I cancel the event?
ANS. To cancel your event, log into the Kentucky Derby Party site and edit your party. Select send message to guests. Select the Cancel your party option at the top of the screen.
Q. Can I save my invitation before sending it out?
ANS. Yes, you can plan your party at your leisure by selecting your invitation and party details. Once you are ready to send your invitation populate the e-mail address field and send.
Q. Can I import my e-mail list from another e-mail program?
ANS. E-mails may be entered manually or copied and pasted in from another program. It is IMPORTANT that e-mails are separated using a comma. The Kentucky Derby Party Site does not support the upload of an e-mail list at this time.
